A credit card is required when booking services that take 2 hours or more.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Our schedule is appointment based. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled, but are not kept, are billed at 100% of the missed appointment.
We are happy to accommodate reasonable service adjustments up to 7 days after your initial appointment.
Reminders are sent as a curtesy via text or email on the day prior to a scheduled service. Please call the salon if you have any questions or need to reschedule/cancel. 484-851-3171
