Cancellation Policy

We respectfully require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Appointment changes within 24 hours result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows result in charge equal to reserved service.

We are happy to accommodate reasonable service adjustments up to 7 days after your initial appointment.

Reminders are sent as a curtesy via text or email on the day prior to a scheduled service. Please call the salon if you have any questions or need to reschedule/cancel. 484-851-3171
